By creating an account or using https://bestkitchendesign.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Best Kitchen Design.

Best Kitchen Design lets you upload a kitchen photo, choose a style and color theme, add optional notes, and generate an AI visualization. Designs are photorealistic previews, not construction drawings, permits, or engineering advice. Confirm measurements, structure, electrical, and plumbing with a licensed professional before you remodel.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your inbox secure and do not share sign-in links.

Paid access is sold as monthly Mini, Personal, and Premium subscriptions. Checkout, invoicing, taxes, and cancellation run through Polar. Promotional codes such as KITCHEN20 or internal test codes apply only as described at checkout and may be limited to the first billing period.

Each plan includes a monthly design allowance. Unused designs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless Polar states otherwise.

You keep ownership of photos you upload and represent that you have the right to use them. You grant us a limited license to store those photos, send them to our image processor, and show the results in your account.

Subject to your active plan, you may download and use generated designs for personal or commercial kitchen planning. We may use anonymized, non-identifying examples to improve and explain the product. We do not claim copyright in your original photos.

Do not upload images you do not have rights to, try to break the service, resell raw API access, or use the tool to create unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse usage limits or these rules.

Generated kitchens can contain errors, invented materials, or layouts that are not buildable. Style and color prompts guide the model; they do not guarantee a specific brand, SKU, or exact match to a reference image.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for remodeling costs, contractor decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of a generated image. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
