Privacy Policy

Best Kitchen Design (“we”, “us”) is the website at https://bestkitchendesign.com. We help you upload a kitchen photo and generate AI redesigns. Questions: hello@bestkitchendesign.com.

We collect only what we need to run the product:

• Account. Your email address when you request a magic-link sign-in.
• Projects. Photos you upload, generated designs, style/color choices, notes, and the categories you create.
• Billing metadata. Polar customer and subscription IDs, plan name, and usage counts. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical logs. Basic request data (time, path, error codes) used to keep the service working.

We use this information to send sign-in links, generate and store your kitchen designs, apply your subscription limits, and email you about your account when needed. We do not sell your photos or personal information.

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores project files, and provides security.
• Resend sends magic-link emails from hello@bestkitchendesign.com.
• Polar processes subscriptions, invoices, taxes, and the customer portal.
• OpenAI receives your uploaded photo and prompt so it can return an edited kitchen image. Do not upload photos you are not allowed to share with a processor.

We use an essential session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Polar checkout may set its own cookies on polar.sh.

Account and project files stay until you ask us to delete them or we close an inactive account. Magic-link tokens expire after 20 minutes. Polar keeps payment records as required by tax and card-network rules.

Email hello@bestkitchendesign.com to access, correct, or delete your account and uploaded photos. You can also sign out at any time and manage billing through the Polar customer portal from your dashboard.

The service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
